Firmroot Strengthens Ties with Namibia for Strategic Business Expansion

Firm Root International took a significant step in expanding its business frontiers by engaging in a high level diplomatic meeting with the High Commissioner of Namibia to Nigeria, Ambassador Humphrey Geiseb. The meeting, held at the Namibian High Commission in Abuja, was a strategic session aimed at fostering bilateral business collaborations between Firm Root and Namibia.

The Firm Root delegation, led by Group CEO Shuaibu Aliyu, included key executives: Muhammad Sasaoglu, Executive Director of Business Development & Partnerships; Yunana Elijah, Corporate Diplomacy Specialist; and Zahra Bello, Head of Corporate Affairs Division. The discussions centered on Firm Root’s expertise in construction, business growth, and food security initiatives across Africa and beyond.

Key Highlights of the Meeting:

  • Business Expansion: The Firm Root team detailed their investment strategies and trading operations, emphasizing their strong presence in Zambia, the Middle East, the UAE, and Turkey.
  • Healthcare & Agriculture Investments: Executive Director Muhammad Sasaoglu emphasized Firm Root’s role in medical tourism and its representation of Fakeeh Care Group in Nigeria. He also highlighted the company’s commitment to food security, greenhouse projects, and abattoir developments.
  • Upcoming Global Summit: The team introduced the Global Summit on Food Security and Sustainable Solutions, scheduled for April 29, 2025, in the UAE.
 

Ambassador Geiseb’s Commitment

The High Commissioner expressed keen interest in Firm Root’s initiatives and assured the team of support in facilitating business visa access. He also encouraged Firm Root to establish a physical presence in Namibia to maximize investment opportunities.
To solidify this collaboration, Firm Root has committed to providing the High Commission with a comprehensive company profile, detailed investment initiatives, and an invitation to the upcoming global summit. A physical visit to Namibia is also being planned to explore investment prospects firsthand.
This engagement marks a crucial milestone for Firm Root International as it continues to expand its footprint across Africa, driving sustainable business growth and economic partnerships.
